Michelle began her yoga practice with sun salutations in Bali in 2004, searching for a calm, centered mind and a healthy body. Her path led through 200-hour trainings in Isla Mujeres and Ajijic, years of teaching on teacher trainings, opening Yoga Navan in 2018, and advanced 300-hour study in Rishikesh.

What studios need to know.
Who is this license for?
Yoga studios with an experienced lead trainer at E-RYT 500 level and a community ready for teacher training. Your team teaches the course using the SivaFlow curriculum.
How do graduates register with Yoga Alliance?
Yoga Navan is a Registered Yoga School (RYS 200) in good standing. Licensed trainings follow the program and certification process detailed in the agreement and getting-started guide.
What exactly will I receive?
The package includes 23 digital files: four core manuals, eight specialist guides, two intensive schedules, a weekly planner, sample schedules, a class-creation template, final exam, certificate templates, getting-started guide, and licensing documents.
Are there ongoing fees?
The license renews at $497 per year, and certification is $50 per graduating student. There are no royalties on the tuition your studio earns.
